Just wanted to let you know we are having hosting problem with our web site (www.texasreddirt.net) We are working on changing hosting companies. As this has created a problem with our eMail we are going to extend the contest entry deadline for another week. So the new dates are as follows:

Ok we have found a new host and began the move today. The eMails should be active by Wednesday Morning and the site should be active again by the weekend. Although the site will be up Wednesday hopefully, just without some of the functionality.

3 Prize Packs will be awarded randomly. when you submit your information you will be assigned a number corresponding to your entry number. On April 1st three numbers will be randomly selected and winners will be notified by April 3rd and posted on the blog by April 12th.
More prizes may be added as time goes on. Prize packs and rules are subject to change at anytime.

Ok here is the deal.
We at TRD are going to put together 2 2008 Calendars. One for the Guys and one for the Gals. We need models though. Thank you got what it takes! Send us you picture and we will start posting them in a month or so for voting. We need 12 guys and 12 gals. (No Nudes will be posted or printed) (Don’t mean you can’t send them ladies ;>)
Anyway the calendars, if we get enough models, will be available for sale by November.
Pictures that are preferred are ones that are clear, feature you and only you (Unless with a band member) Club shots are nice but not required! Pictures should be 1024X768 pixels and at least 100DPI.
The 24 models will each receive a free copy of the calendar and 50% off extras if you want more for family and friends. The two models (male & female) with the most votes during the voting phase will get a free CD of their choice.

My blog is starting to take off pretty good. So I feel it is time to think about a Logo Design. I have so many other projects on my plate right now I have no time to design it myself. I have decided to have a contest for a Logo so if you feel you are good with Photoshop (or other software) try it out. I am offering a $25.00 Visa Gift Card to the winner. Deadline for entries is July 4th the winner will be posted on July 8th. I like the color scheme I have now but am open to various logo designs so submit as many as you want. you can eMail a .JPG version to texasdirt@houstonaxl.com the winner must provide me with a copy of the PSD file and all right to the image although I will embed the artists name in the file and give credit where credit is due.
